A few years ago, we set out to build something audacious. Tech4Pride was never meant to be just another training program. We knew that young queer Africans were brilliant, driven and capable of shaping industries if they had access to the right tools, networks, and opportunities.

Introducing Nexus, our product school for queer trailblazers
If you’ve ever dreamed of building great products, shaping user experiences, and driving innovation, the Nexus product school is for you.
In 4 months, you’ll:
- Gain real-world product skills in Product Management, Product Design and Product Marketing.
- Work on industry-relevant projects with mentorship from global product leaders.
- Access global internships and career support.
- Become part of a lifelong community of queer professionals shaping Africa’s digital future.

Our Application Process
Our application process takes 2 weeks. Here’s what to expect:
- Online Application: Share your story, your vision, and why you belong at Nexus.
- Needs & Readiness Assessment: If shortlisted, we’ll assess how we can support your journey.
- Panel Interview: We want to know you’re ready to take on this challenge.
- Induction & Onboarding: Welcome to Nexus! Your future starts now.
Format: Hybrid (Online & in-person)
Duration: 4 months
